We Are A Family Ministry
FATHERS
We hear Pastor say quite often that the Fathers don't get the recognition that Mothers get and admittedly that is true. With a few exeptions like himself Fathers have been overlooked; however there is good reason in the natural. But when God has blessed you with a GOOD Father you should let it be known from the four corners of he earth. A father is the man that is there to take care of the family, leading by example that coincide with his words. A father is the first Teacher. He shows his children by the way he loves thier Mother the exact way he would like to see his daughter(s) treated. He teaches her what she should and should not want from a man that intends to be in her life. He teaches his son(s) how to respect and tenderly handle a woman, wether a perspective mate, family or friend. A Father sees to it that his wife wants for nothing that she may with ease motherthe children, and submit to him. A Father provides security, teaches independence, promotes education and most of all he BRINGS his family to the House of Worship and allows them to see and experience his LOVE for Christ. A Father is the closest thing to God in heaven. He is our coveringright here on earth.
