DO YOU SEE WHAT I SEE?
2 KINGS 6:16-18
THE PROPHET OF GOD WAS UNDER SEIGE BY THE SYRIAN ARMY THEIR INTENT WAS
TO DESTROY THE PROPHET ELISHA, SO THEY SURROUNDED HIS HOME AND EARLY IN
THE MORNING HIS SERVANT CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT APPEARED TO BE THE END OF
THE PROPHET AND HIMSELF. IT SEEMED THAT WE WERE DESTINED TO BE DESTROYED BY THE
ENEMY, YET THE PROPHET ELISHA A MAN OF FAITH - (FORSAKING ALL I TRUST HIM); HAD OTHER IDEAS ABOUT THE MATTER, YOU SEE WHEN YOU WALK BY FAITH YOUR CONFIDENCE IS ALREADY IN PLACE, YOU AREN'T AFRAID OF ANY MAN BECAUSE YOUR TRUST IS
IN THE GOD OF YOUR SALVATION. AS A RESULT YOUR SIGHT IS DIFFERENT FROM
THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE FULLY IN THE LORD OF HOST, THE ONE WHO
PROMISED TO FIGHT OUR BATTLES FOR US, YOU SEE FAITH FOR ELISHA CAME BY
HEARING ,HEARING THE LORD SPEAK TO HIM IN THE SPIRIT AND IN VISIONS
BECAUSE THERE WERE NO BIBLES JUST SCROLLS AND THEY WERE SCARCE AT BEST. THEREFORE SACRED, SO THE LORD COMMUNICATED WITH HIS PEOPLE/SERVANTS
THROUGH VISIONS AND DREAMS AND THE SPOKEN WORD BY THE SPIRIT, SO WHEN
ELISHA SAW THE ENEMY AND THE EFFECT IT HAD ON HIS SERVANT HE
IMMEDIATELY PRAYED; LORD OPEN MY SERVANTS EYES!! YOU SEE WE CAN'T DO BATTLE IF
YOU DON'T SEE WHAT I SEE WHICH IMPLIES THAT WE MUST BE ON THE SAME
ACCORD IN THIS THING CALLED MINISTRY SO WE CAN BE VICTORIOUS TOGETHER
IN CHRIST AND AGAINST THE DEVIL. SO WE SEE ELISHA SAYING THERE ARE
MORE WITH US THAN WITH THEM. OUR OPPOSERS, ALL THE SATANIC FORCES
ENDEAVORING TO STOP US. REMEMBER BECAUSE THE LORD IS WITH US HE IS
MORE THAN THOSE AGAINST US. SO ASK THE LORD TO OPEN YOUR EYES SO YOU
CAN SEE ALL HE HAS FOR YOU BY FAITH.
YOURS ALWAYS IN CHRIST,

Women of the Bible
This is a 52 week study that we will complete in One Year
( Through the leading of the Holy Spirit )
R.I.B Ministry
The women of Fresh Fire gathered once again to receive increasing
beauty on February the 15th. The person of discussion in second part of
this series was Sarah. She was 65. The age many of us begin retirement
when she began a journey that would lead her in uncharted spiritual
territory. In the ancient world she could be strong willed and jealous.
Yet, Sarah was considered to be a loyal wife who did what was right and
didn’t give in to fear, who remained childless for most of her life.
Her joy, that at the age of ninety , she gave birth to Isaac, child of
promise. Key scriptures: Gen 12:1-20; 16;1-8; 17:1-20: 21:1-13: Gal
4:22-31. Ladies, there’s more. R.I.B women of the bible series
continued on March 14th . Ladies were given their 1st take home test. A
copy is attached below. Feel free to complete. This is an excellent
resource for study. Enjoy and God Bless! Also the fellowship outing to
Chili's restaurant on April 18th was a wonderful night out for the
ladies.

“We got it straight for 2008”
Fresh
Fire Word of Life Ministries anniversary celebration marking its 1st
year was one we will not soon forget. The themes made a lot of us
wonder, “What did we get straight” God answered loud and clear! We were
blessed in his presence at our pre-anniversary fellowship with Reverend
Monteque of Galilee Community Baptist Church and Pastor Robert Johnson
of the Feast of the Pentecost Church on February 1st and 2nd. The Lord
Spoke through our own Pastor Wilson to reveal a greater understanding
of His purpose and plan for our lives during our morning Worship
service on February 3rd. Afternoon fellowship guest minister Apostle
S.W. Clinton of the Body of Christ Ministry delivered the word of God
with power and authority. The Holy Spirit spoke, reminding us that a
ministry ordained by God lives in each and every one of us and the life
or death of that ministry relies on our commitment and dedication to
God. We were reminded that our faith in God propels us into a new life
in Christ that the world will never see unless we are doers of the
Word. We thank and praise God for all those who celebrated our 1st
anniversary with us and for perfecting us as we press for the mark of
the prize of the High calling in Christ Jesus.
Headhunters Have To Eat
The
Headhunters ministry sponsored their 1st fellowship breakfast on
February 23, 2008. Calling all men back to headship as well as the
breakfast table. The day offered men the opportunity to relive one of
the greatest methods of fellowship within the family, sharing,
listening and breaking bread together in unity. Food flowed for the
mind, body and spirit. God bless everyone who played a part in making
this event a success. Check out our church calendar at
freshfireministrieslive.com for upcoming events.

ROUND 2
We are entering our second year in ministry, lets review the
stats!! The first year we hit the ground running with great fervor and
passion knocking the devil down at every turn it seemed. There was
excitement in the air, expectations were high our opponent didn't seem
to have A chance there was Prayer, Study and Incredible Fellowship.
Oh!! It appeared each swing seemed to be a point for us "WOW" What a
fight, the devil was running with fear, people were joining our fight,
New People, New Faces and then as if suddenly, the momentum slowed to
a crawl, we appeared as though breathless. What happened I asked my
Coach and Trainer GOD, and his answer shook me at the core of my soul
his answer came so clearly yet so surprisingly, he said we got caught
with a left hook on our blind side, so I replied!!! No Lord/Coach it
couldn't be, we were fighting so well. His reply was you were so busy
fighting and enjoying what appears to be a definite win that you
stopped praying and seeking my face you wouldn't come to the corner for
new instructions when the bell rang!!! You just kept going under the
assumption that I was still there when in truth I was in the corner
awaiting your request for new strategies and to give you water which is
my word to refresh you and oil for your face so you would be anointed
and protected from scarring during the battle, however you forgot that
the battle is the Lord's not yours. Remember Zechariah 4:6 not by
might!! nor by power!! but by my spirit !! says the Lord, so now lets
get back out there and fight the good fight of faith which can only be
fought through the Power of the Lord who lives in us and then we can
hear him say at the last day, and the winner is!!! When the day of
judgement has been accomplished "and still champion of all time' The
King of Glory ,Christ the hope of Glory !!! AND WE WILL SHOUT HALELUJAH
HE REIGNS FOREVER, HALELUJAH THROUGH CHRIST we are winners.

Introduction
Women of the Bible Part One
This is a 52 week study that we will complete in One Year
( Through the leading of the Holy Spirit )
The
Bible is much more than a dry compilation of genealogies, prophecies
and laws. It is the history of the most important relationship in the
world, the one between God and his people. The exposing of the nature
of our deepest problems and the roots of our worst sufferings. Through
its various characters, we recognize the tug-of-war that takes place in
our own souls as we struggle to respond to God.
Her Name Means
“Life-Giving or Mother of All Who Have Life”
Her
Character = She came into the world perfectly at peace with her God and
with her husband, the only other person on the planet. She lived in
Paradise possessing every pleasure imaginable. She never knew the
meaning of embarrassment, misunderstanding, hurt, estrangement, envy,
bitterness, grief, or guilt until she listened to her enemy and begin
to doubt God.
Her Sorrow = That she and her husband were
banished from Paradise and the presence of God, and that her first son
was a murderer and her second son his victim.
Her Joy = That she had once tasted Paradise, and that God had promised that her offspring would eventually destroy her enemy.
Key Scripture = Genesis 1:26-31; 2-4
HER STORY
The woman stirred and stretched, her skin soft and supple as a
newborn’s. one finger, then another moved in gentle exploration of the
ground that cradled her. She could feel a warmth filling her, tickling
her throat as it tried to escape, spilling out in the strong, glad
noise of laughter. Her eyes opened to a Brightness, and then a small
voice, echoing an elated response: “This is now bone of my bone and
flesh of my flesh; she shall be called women, “for she was taken out of
man.” Adam took hold of her, and their laughter met like streams
converging.
The man and the woman walked naked and
unashamed. Them woman listened, could she really be like God?
Suddenly darkness spread across Eden. It came not from the outside but
from within, filling the man and the woman with shadows, cravings, and
misery. Order gave way to disorder, harmony to discord, trust to
fear. Sin had driven it’s wedge inside their hearts, and God banished
them from Eden, pronouncing judgment first on the wily serpent that had
tempted the woman and then on her and on her husband.
So Adam
and his wife were forced to flee Paradise, and Adam named her Eve,
because she would be the mother of all the living. Her firstborn, Cain
became a murderer, and her second son, Abel, his victim. As the years
passed, sorrow chased sorrow in the heart of the first woman, and the
last we see of her we imagine her not as a creature springing fresh
from the hand of God, but as a woman in anguish, giving birth to
another child.
Her skin now stretched like worn canvas she
grasp for anything to ease the pain. She can feel the child inside,
filling her body pressing for a way of escape. The cries of mother and
child meet like streams converging. And Seth is born, for she
remembers the brightness and the Voice and promise God gave: Sooner or
later, despite many griefs, her seed would crush the serpent. In the
end the woman would win.
HER PROMISE
Throughout
scripture, God’s grace is often most beautifully evident within his
judgments. When you are at your lowest, on your knees before god’s
judgment, never forget that his grace is still at work. And that its
truly amazing
Promise in Scripture
From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another.
_ John 1:16
But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as
sin reigned in death, so also grace reign through righteousness to
bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
_Romans 5:20-21
HER LEGACY OF PRAYER
So
God craved human beings in his own image, in the image of God he craved
them, male and female he craved them. _ Genesis
1:27
On Monday Reflect On - Genesis 2:15-25:.3.
On
Tuesday Praise God - Because he created you in his own image, making
you a woman capable of reflecting his love, truth, strength, goodness,
wisdom, and beauty.
On Wednesday Offer Thanks - That
imbedded in God’s judgment of Adam and Eve is the promise of a Redeemer
who will crush the head of our enemy, the devil.
On Thursday Confess - Your own tendency to mar God’s image in you by preferring your will to his.
On Friday Ask God - To help you surrender your life, so that he can fulfill his purpose for creating you.
LIFT YOUR HEART
Then
consider this YOU were made for paradise. The joys you taste now are
infinitesimal compared to those that await you in heaven, for “no eye
has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared
for those who love him’ (1 Corinthians 2:9).
PRAYER
May
I surrender every sin and every sorrow to you, trusting that you will
fulfill your purpose for my life In Jesus name I pray Amen.
HER LEGACY IN SCRIPTURE
Homework
All homework is to be typed or hand printed neatly and turned in on time (Due 2/15/08)
Week One
Read Genesis 2:18-25, Read Genesis 3:1-24
Q. What needs does Adam have that only a woman can fulfill?
Q. What does being “one flesh” in a marriage mean, both Physically and spiritually?
Q. As the serpent tries to tempt Eve, what desires and fears in her does he appeal to?
Q. What desires and fears make you vulnerable to temptation?
Q. When caught after her sin, how does Eve experience each of the following?
Shame, Blame, Pain
Week Two
Q. What was the woman’s response to the serpent’s question about eating from the tree?
Q. What was the woman’s first mistake?
Q. What did the Lord God say to the serpent?
Q. To the woman God said, and to Adam God said?
Q. In what verse did Adam name his Wife
EVERY LIFE HAS A HISTORY
The
cast of characters is long and colorful, including a parade of
prostitutes, evil queens, prophetesses, wealthy women, abused women,
single and married women, and widows young and old. Far from being
one dimensional characters, these are real women who struggle with
tragedy and sometimes create it, who risk their lives and their
reputation for the sake of others, whose compassion and wisdom often
save the day. Their history reveals so much about God’s grace, his
relentless love, and his creative ability to bring good out of the most
desperate of circumstances. By including a balance of praise,
thanksgiving, confession, and petition as a basis for prayer this study
is designed to deepen your communion with God.

Calling all New Believers
Fresh Fire
Word of Life Ministries has began Discipleship classes for new
believers. The first class began Sunday January 6,2008 and will
continue thru March 30, 2008. This is a 13 week course. Certificates
are awarded upon completion. The classes are scheduled every Sunday
from 10-11 AM. Classes are instructed by Reverend Carol Middleton. All
new believers are welcome. We are called to discipleship.
Prayer of Love
Heavenly Father, help us remember that the person
who cut us off in traffic last night is a single mother who worked nine
hours that day and is rushing home to cook dinner, help with homework,
do the laundry and spend a few precious moments with her children.
Help us to remember that the pierced, tattooed, disinterested young man
who can't make change correctly is a worried 19-year-old college
student, balancing his apprehension over final exams with his fear of
not getting his student loans for next semester.
Remind us, Lord, that the scary looking bum, begging for money in the
same spot every day is a slave to addictions that we can only imagine
in our worst nightmares .
Help us to remember that the old couple walking annoyingly slow through
the store aisles and blocking our shopping progress are savoring this
moment, knowing that, based on the biopsy report she got back last
week, this will be the last year that they go shopping together .
Heavenly Father , remind us each day that, of all the gifts you give
us, the greatest gift is love. It is not enough to share that love with
those we hold dear. Open our hearts not to just those who are close to
us, but to all humanity. Let us be slow to judge and quick to forgive,
show patience, empathy and love. In the precious name of Jesus, Amen
Stoaking The Fire

DEGREES OF UNDERMINING THE MINISTRY
To Undermine; means to weaken or ruin by degrees.
1. Attendance: When any member doesn't come to church or bible study
etc. it undermines the vision of the Pastor and church, even though it
may not be intentional yet, it still has the same affect on the
Ministry. When visitors come they see a hand full of people when in
truth we have about sixty people on the roll for now, so imagine if you
will, out of the sixty there is only twenty. Your attendance helps
encourage others to get involved. Remember people draw people, so it is
very important that you make every effort to attend the Ministry and
you will see significant growth as a result and also you will be
building not undermining or weakening the foundation of the Ministry.
Think about it this way, when someone hears the broadcast and runs to
church and theres a very few folk in attendance it will discourage them
just enough to perhaps lose what they received from the Word.
2. Passion: There are those who come to church yet they are overwhelmed
with their own issues that they lack passion, and believe me apathy is
contagious. People will respond to your passion as well as the lack
thereof. This also undermines the ministry in such a way that the
visitors or your personal guests will not be able to catch the fire of
Christ because you have put it out. I know there are a lot of reasons
as to why people are apathetic, but heres the deal. The closer you get
to God (attendance) through personal fellowship the better you will
feel and deal with life's circumstances as they arise and they will !!
Let me remind you that persecution is part of the life in Christ, and
then we have our own issues that the devil has nothing to do with its
just things that we need to surrender to the Lord once and for all, so
time spent with the Lord, Prayer- Fasting- Searching the Scriptures
will ultimately bring passion back to your life. Remember, the thing
you feed the most will be the strongest, and the thing you give the
most attention to will be the biggest thing in your life.
3. Giving: Ministry is sustained organizationally through Tithes and
Offerings so when you hold your money back you undermine the work of
the ministry and the Pastor. If you think about it realistically and
not fearfully you will see that not giving to the Lord for the work of
the Ministry, not putting meat in the storehouse can be seen as self
sabotaging to hinder the process of a system of things whether personal
or business, to destroy the tools of another making it impossible for
them to perform. Its like being your own personal enemy because to not
give to the ministry that you are under is to kick the legs from under
it and then try to lean on it....Wow!!! what a thought! However thats
what happens when you cease to give financially to the cause of the
Ministry and with regards to the building.... In the words of an
Italian " Forget About It " its not going to happen unless there is
Consistent Financial Support [Passion Giving] acting as a Stockholder,
the Ministry is as much yours as it is mine. Why? Because you have
invested as much or more to it. Finally it is no worse feeling than
when you feel like others are undermining your efforts allowing the
devil to win through lack of attendance, lack of passion, lack of
giving and Please know that I know its not intentional, however it does
exist and This Word is designed to cancel it out for good so we all can
experience The Power, Plan, Purpose of The Lord and turn the world
upside down for Christ who is our King. HALLELUJAH!!!!
Yours In His Service,
Pastor Willie Wilson Sr.

"Calling All Men Back to Headship"
Founded and established by Pastor Willie Wilson Sr.
The Purpose - To hunt by way of going into all the world , the hedges

re-establish the headship originally ordained by the Lord. Hence
restoring men back to headship in the church and the world.
Genesis 3:9
Adam Where Art Thou?
The Headhunters Ministry Men's fellowship is held every Tuesday at 6:30PM. All men are invited.
R.I.B. Women's Ministry
Founder Lady Loretta Wilson
Genesis 2:22, 23
And the rib which the Lord God
had taken from man, made he a woman and bought her unto man, And Adam
said this is now bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh she shall be
called woman because she was taken out of man.
This ministry was formed to co-exist with Head Hunters Ministry which
is the male ministry of Fresh Fire. In putting the men back into their
place of leadership God revealed to me that the women had also been
misplaced. Married, unmarried, young and mature women down through
many years have been used, abused, ignored and abandoned. Unsure of who
they are and what their purpose is; so, the Lord gave me the name
R.I.B. and these scriptures. this fits with all that I have been
directed to do, to lead by example, teach with conviction, pray with
faith and acknowledge how awesome we are as women. The Lord has a
special place in His heart for women, this tool will help bring us out
of bondage. There is freedom in His word , there is life in His word,
there is healing in His word, there is love in His word, receive it,
increase in it and be beautiful with it.
Receive - Roman 15:7
Wherefore receive ye one another as Christ also received us to the glory of God
Increasing - Colossians 1:10
That
ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in
every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Beauty - Romans 10:15
And
how shall they preach except they be sent? As it is written how
beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and
bring glad tidings of good things
Who Am I?
We all have different temperaments, to recognize the personality God
designed in us, to know ourselves better, appreciate our strengths and
improve on our weakness. This is an opportunity to understand why we
act and react the way we do. It will also help us understand why
others act as they do.
Every
woman= Main scripture: Psalms 119:73 Thy hands have made me and
fashioned me; give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments
Physical= relating to the body, rather than to the mind, the soul or the spirit, real and touchable can be seen.
Purpose of......Joel 2:28 (In housing the Holy Spirit we should better appreciate our strengths and improve on our weaknesses.)
Emotional= expressing emotions, easily affected or quick to express, characterized by arousing or inspired by.
Purpose of......Proverbs 16:9, 1 John 3:18-24 (A opportunity to understand why we act and react the way we do.)
Spiritual= Showing great refinement and concern with the higher things in life, our temperament, elegance, subtle.
Purpose of.......Ephesians 2:8-10 (We were created to do God's bidding's, spread and share His word.)
Mental= Produced by the mind and visible only in the mind, carried out in the mind, without physical action or aid.
Purpose of........Matthew 7:1-5, 12, 15, 18, 21, 23 (that we see ourselves before we see others in all areas of life.)
Each of us have purpose, but it is His purpose that determines the gifts and abilities giving us. Suggested Reading Romans 12:3-10
God
has given us the ability through His word to understand how awesome he
has created us and our fellow sisters. If we apply what we have
learned so far and continue to seek Him through prayer and the
scriptures we will unfold all that we ,nhave been designed to do.
- How can understanding who you are help you appreciate your value?
- What does Genesis 1:31 say about God's creation of you?
- How should these verses effect the way we think about ourselves?
- How has being created anew in Christ Jesus affected your purpose in life?
- How does Matthew 7:1-5 relate to how we should react to others?
- What gifts and skills has God given you?
- How can you use them to serve others?
The R.I.B. Ministry women's fellowship meets every 3rd Friday at 6:30PM. Come Receive Increasing Beauty.
Rib's to Go!
The
second outing for our women's fellowship took place on December 14,
2007. Girls night out was just that!! Food, Fun and Fellowship!!
The theme for the evening was Italian. The atmosphere was wonderful
and relaxing. What a great way to end a busy work week, hanging out
with the sistas!!
The Joy of Giving
On
December 23, 2007 Fresh Fire Word of Life Ministries held our 1st
annual Christmas program. We gave praise and honor to God in song and
worship. We exchanged gifts and cards with each other as well as hugs,
kisses and expressions of love. After all was said and done within the
walls of the sanctuary we were compelled through the Holy Spirit to
extend the love of Christ to those living in homeless communities and
shelters within the city. Gift bags were given along with prayer,
fellowship. Each recipient was left with a giftbag and a poem to
reflect and remind them of the love God has for us. No matter who or
where we are. A sincere thanks goes out to everyone for donations
provided. God Bless You All.
Walking In Newness
Fresh Fire Word Of Life Ministries watch night service was held on
December 31, 2007. As the clock struck 12 midnight we proclaimed the
victory for the completion of 2007 and walked in newness into 2008. We
believe God for greater revelations in the New Year.
A Garment of Praise!!!
With the
close of 2007 our hearts and minds swell as we remember what God has
done for us during the year. Prayers answered, sickness and disease
healed, households delivered and the list goes on and on!! With each
victory comes a greater appreciation. A greater level of confidence.
A greater understanding of how to be a citizen in the kingdom of God.
A greater desire to press closer to God. A greater desire to do his
will. Let praise be our garment for the New Year. Wear it with pride
and adoration wherever you go so that everyone you meet will know that
we have been redeemed!!!
For You
God Chose you when he planned creation- Ephesians 1:11-12
For you, God gave something special
For you, God gave himself
For you God built a world to see,
A place for you to be
For you Christ died on the cross,
To erase all your sin,
For you God placed the stars above,
His power shown to all men,
For you God created all the plants,
Oceans, rivers and fowls,
Animals, grass and all the trees,
For you He watches daily like an owl
For you Jesus died to show
A love that would never end.
For you, for love, for your life..
For everlasting forgiveness of sin
For You

The Refiners Fire
Second Edition December 2007
Hi #name#
As
you know, Fresh Fire Word of Life Ministries strives to communicate the
good news of the gospel to everyone. We hope this information brings
you closer to this ministry and gives you a greater understanding of
the Gospel of Christ. We are one in the Spirit. Enjoy and God Bless.
Straight from The Pastors Heart
Giving Is The Essence of Living
It
appears that the most challenging area in our lives is with regards to
giving sometimes of ourselves but moreso of our substance/money. Jesus
said something very important at the onset of his ministry and that was
where your treasure is found so will your heart.
Don't
value money over your relationship with God. Because the dynamic of
your relationship with God changes and the Lord becomes second to
finance. And in that we will at any given time, forsake the Lord over
financial gain.
Ok,
why am I talking about money?? Well, because it has become scarce in
our community (church). We are loaded with emotion, word, power yet our
greatest struggle seems to be financial, somebody, tell me how that
works?? We serve God who has cattle on a thousand hills so that says
that the cattle and the hills are His, why are we still in want?
Because, we are not giving like our Father who gave His best in
return. He sowed a seed in the earth named Jesus and received a
family called the body of Christ, so let's start sowing into Him and
His kingdom so we can reap the harvest prepared for us now!!! Not
Later. Remember giving is the essence of living, tithe to keep the
church alive, give so you can live the abundance promised, good
measure, pressed down , shaken together to make room for more, and
running over, shall men give unto your bosom. (Figuratively of
repaying one liberally.)
Yours Always in Christ

"Calling All Men Back to Headship"
Headhunters Ministry
Founded and established by Pastor Willie Wilson Sr.
The Purpose - To hunt by way of going into all the world , the hedges
and the highways to compel men to come in to the kingdom of God and
re-establish the headship originally ordained by the Lord. Hence
restoring men back to headship in the church and the world.

Giving Thanks
Fresh
Fire Word Of Life Ministries played a part in providing Turkeys to 20
Families for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We like to thank all those who
helped make this possible. Continue to allow the Lord to use you as a
vessel to help those in their time of need. May God Bless you
abundantly.
Big Things Come In Small Packages
As
the holiday season rapidly approaches, our gratitude for this life in
Christ elevates. The Holy Spirit reminds us of how far the Lord has
brought us from. We are humbled by the presence of the Almighty in our
lives. Our hearts cry out and reach out to those who are less
fortunate then we are. With this in mind we strive to make a
difference in their lives as Christ has made in ours.

The Refiners Fire
Welcome to the First Edition of Fresh Fire Word of Life Newsletter
November 2007
As
you know, Fresh Fire Word of Life Ministries strives to communicate the
good news of the gospel to everyone. We hope this information brings
you closer to this ministry and gives you a greater understanding of
the Gospel of Christ. We are one in the Spirit. Enjoy and God Bless.
Straight from The Pastors Heart
The
Lord has allowed me to see that when we listen to him without the noisy
janglings of our personal ambitions we are positioned to hear the
spirit speak a healing word and a word of deliverance.
For you
see our ambitions cloud and corrupt the atmosphere in which God is
speaking thus, we are unable to grow both personally and corporately.
Please note that the bible says in the last days men will be lovers of
themselves and as a result not lovers of God or his Divine purpose for
our lives.
So, what are we left with but a self absorbed ministry whose goal is prominence and not the salvation of people.
Now,
I know that this is not a popular position , however , it is the truth
nonetheless. So, the challenge is, do you want all of God or just the
part of Him that provides? In this hour please know that we all need a
provider yet the greatest provision is not the two fish and five
loaves of bread , but rather the King of Glory, whose name is Christ
Jesus the Lord. For you see, He provides everlasting life to all who
receive Him and no, this is not as good as it gets. He also provides
complete deliverance from the power of sin, so you no longer have to
give in to the yearnings of the flesh and the mind, but rather walk in
spiritual victory through the power of our risen Savior. Remember we
owe the flesh nothing!!!
Memory Verse: Romans 10:9-17
Please read and then pray and ask the Lord to save you.

Serve God by Serving Others
Our
1st annual Street meet was held on August 4, 2007 at 29th-30th and
Diamond Streets. as newcomers to the community this event gave the
church an opportunity to fellowship and witness to our neighbors,
friends, business owners and passers by. It was a day of unity and
fun. As praise filled the air all who attended were touched and
inspired by the spirit of God. We celebrate our life in
the Lord, youth, Pastors, members of the community and congregation
for making this a day to be remembered. Keep in touch for upcoming
events involving outreach events. For the earth is the Lords and the
fullness thereof and they that dwell therein
Down by the Riverside
It's
amazing how water, rides, food and entertainment can make the most mild
mannered individual spring into action! On August 25th, our 1st annual church picnic
at Brandywine Park brought out the kid in all of us! Laughter, music
and relaxation was the subject of the day. Oh yes, there was food,
food and more food!!! Burdens were laid down. Hearts and minds
renewed. Down by the riverside.
Youth Empowerment Fellowship
Sponsored
by Zuri' Shaddai and Next Generation Praise held September 1, 2007 was
an awesome fellowship. The ministries are a combination youth praise
dancers and youth choir members. The founder is 1st Lady Loretta
Wilson and is under the supervision of music Director Melinda
Wilson. The expression of love for the Lord was reflected through our
young people in a way no one could ever imagine. We experienced true
worship, through praise dance, singing, rap, poetry and the rightly
divided word of truth. Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is
liberty!!! We are empowered in His presence. Many blessing and thanks
to Genesis Ministry, 1st Lady Loretta and all other obedient vessels
used for the Glory of God in making this event come to pass!!! We love
you and thank God for you.
R.I.B.'s Night Out
The
FFWOL women's ministry (Receiving Increasing Beauty) shared a night out
on September 21,2007. As sisters in the Lord we were able to have
candid discussions involving concerns of women. Ideas and visions were exchanged . Laughs, laughs and more laughs as the plates of ribs filled the tables!!
What A Time! What A Time! What A Time!

13, 2007, we celebrated Our First Christian Ball and Our Pastor Willie
Wilson Sr.and First Lady Loretta Wilson's 29th Wedding Anniversary.
God truly showed up in the Atmosphere.
Matthew 5:15-16
Neither
do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick
and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so
shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your
father which is in heaven.

New Beginings

Fresh Fire Word of Life Ministries Pastor Willie Wilson Sr.
Co-Laborer Lady Loretta Wilson
Greetings In Jesus Name,
Praise God in the highest. I am writing to you to let you know that the Lord has really been good to us. We are not at New Saint John anymore. The Lord has blessed us to make a move that will be a blessing to all of us because we are on a Mission with Faith in the forefront and a Vision to be fulfilled. Well you know Pastor Wilson and Lady Loretta founded Fresh Fire Word of Life Ministry years ago, but God saw fit for them to make a Paragon Shift along the way. They were sent to New Saint John Baptist Church to do God's will for 17yrs and had to put FFWOL on hold while trying to fulfill that mission. God told them that it was time to set their Vision in motion and to make FFWOL the main focus. This is the ministry with a Vision and a Mission to be carried out to fulfill God's Will for our Families and our lives. We had our first service at the above address on Sunday February 4, 2007 and it was an Awesome and blessed Service with a house full of soldiers. God is truly blessing this move and we are looking for greater blessings to come. We would like to welcome all that we have been having fellowship with to continue to do so. We have been blessed with new members who came in with their Pastor, Pastor Carol Middleton who will be under Pastor Wilson's leadership. The Lord is truly moving and is keeping us on one accord. Pray for us to continue to stay that way. All Pastors, Ministers and Evangelists get ready to have a Holy Ghost filled time with us here at Fresh Fire Word Of Life Ministries. We are open for engagements and fellowship. If you need a date or want us for a date just contact us via e-mail or by phone for a confirmation. We are ready for growth and winning souls for God's Kingdom.
Please feel free to contact us for engagements and fellowship.
